This is a WWII era Japanese military non-commissioned officer's leather sword cord. It fits the Type 95 military sword for non-commissioned officers.

The leather of the tassel is flexible. The leather strap is not fully hardened, but it is a little stiff and has some cracks. Please refer to the pictures for condition. International Buyers - Please Note.
