Ww2 imperial Japanese type14 leather gun holster. Authentic WWII Imperial Japanese Army Model 14 (1925) Nambu Late-Type Holster. Crafted uniquely with rubberized fabric, typical of Japanese military ingenuity, this item replaced traditional leather during the era.
Featuring leather detailing and a distinct post-1941 large trigger guard design, often dubbed as the "Winter type". However, post-1941 issued pistols came with this holster regardless of the season.
The lid has the inscription "? Suzuki" and faint markings from the manufacturing arsenal are visible. The leather shoulder strap shows signs of wear with a scraped name mark.
Given its age and rubberized nature, there are expected signs of wear, hardening, and minor blemishes. Yet, its condition is commendable for such a historic piece. An invaluable artifact for collectors who value its history and craftsmanship.
