A state funeral was held on June 5. This exhibition, commemorating the achievements of Admiral Yamamoto, took place in August 1943, the same year he died. The catalog for this extremely rare exhibition is difficult to obtain even in Japan. The photographs are mounted on album pages with adhesive.
