· The Type 30 bayonet was a bayonet designed for the Imperial Japanese Army to be used with the Arisaka Type 30 Rifle and was later used on the Type 38 and Type 99 rifles. It remained in front-line use from the Russo-Japanese War to the end of World War II. · TYPE 30 bayonet prod. · Scabbard contains over 95% Original Bluing!

· Original Scabbard & leather frog. · NOTE : (There are many variations of the TYPE 30 Bayonet) - With a hooked crossguard, but the pommel, while retaining the birds head silhouette, is flat on the sides.

The grips are contoured but wrap around the tang and meet at the bottom instead of sandwiching the tang between the two grip panels i. The bottom of the tang is not visible. Also features the Blood Groove blade. · This Is The Real Deal! Rare & Hard-To-Find , WWII Tactical Field Guide!

This is Not a reproduction or aftermarket manual. · Original embossed (textured) paper cover. · Several illustrations & diagrams. · Several rice paper "fold-out" diagrams. · Found inside, was a "Business Card" which also Bears the same stamp found in Tactical Field Guide.

TYPE 30 Bayonet: 20- 3/ 4 "L × 3- 5/8 "W. (fully assembled, at its widest points). Tactical Field Guide: 4"L × 3"W.

TYPE 30 Bayonet: 1 lb 11.1 oz (fully assembled). Tactical Field Guide: 2.0 oz (card included). With consideration of the age, use, & material.
