The belonged to Eugene Samuel McGill, who served on the USS Iowa throughout the war. Made of wood and steel, this Japanese Type 30 Bayonet is in EXCELLENT used condition! Both the blade and scabbard retain MUCH of their original finish! Features a VERY CLEAR Tokyo/Kokura Arsenal. Eugene Samuel McGill served on the USS Iowa, and inscribed his campaign service on the scabbard.
