This is a "Hotaru" manual flashlight used by the Japanese Army during WWII. All that is shown in the first picture. Either way, the bulb does not light up, so please consider it junk. I can feel the power generation mechanism is working when I hold the lever.

Since this is a junk item, I will omit a detailed description of the exterior condition, etc. But I do not think there are any noticeable damages.
