This is a winter uniform of the Japanese Ministry of Telecommunications Aircraft Crew Training School during World War II. It is tailored similar to the Army's school-related uniforms. It is a form of substitute winter uniform of Type 98 or Type 3 lined with summer fabric.

It has a navy blue collar sewn as a collar to wear after the war. The shoulder width is 37.5mm and the chest circumference is about 85cm.

There are no stamps of number or year of manufacture as well as no stamps on the examination stamps. There are no fatal damages, but there are some light wear and some stains and scuffs from age. There are almost no sleeve scuffs. The sword hangings are sound. Very rare compared to the Juvenile Airman and Pre-Commissioned Corps.
