Made of wool serge, half lined. This is a Sho5 summer jacket worn by officers of the former Japanese Army.

The dark green hoe-shaped collar insignia representing the Veterinary Department of the Medical Department is ubiquitous. The fastener of the collar is rusted. On the front, there are two very small insect holes of about 1mm in the lower part of the left side of the front, and on the back, there is an insect hole of about 5mm in the center of the back. The back has a 5mm hole in the center of the back and 10 other holes of about 1mm. There is one 6mm hole on the left rear sleeve and one 1mm hole on the right sleeve.

There are some other light stains and scuffs from use and age, but generally in good condition! Back length=67cm, Sleeve length=54.5cm, Shoulder width=40cm, Chest circumference=88cm, Neck circumference=37.5cm.
