WW II Imperial Japanese Navy SEIKOSHA COMMANDER DECK WATCH AMAZING

  

Comes complete in the original box! A LARGE 65mm size, this Seikosha Commander Deck Watch is in AMAZING functioning condition!

Though larger in size, it features the standard pocket watch movement, having 7 Jewels, and able to run for 36 hours. Has the earlier Roman numerals, with a smaller sub dial for seconds. Manufacture name is clearly marked on the face, indicating, "Seikosha". Rear of the case appears to read.

Some very slight marks and scratches due to the age, but otherwise SUPERB! Inside the dust cover is a prominent Navy Anchor stamp, and it comes complete in the original and MATCHING serial numbered box! Inside the box are a spare key, a couple of extra crystals, and main spring. All are original to this set!

Definitely used in the war, as it features some original Japanese paper, containing some hand-written notations. Ike most Japanese items, it is a VERY RARE item, perfect for any collection or display! Most of my items are vintage, and as such are AS-IS, so you must therefore expect a degree of wear due to age and/or usage.
